In accordance with the Articles of Association of Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd, the Executive Board has 7 (seven) members who are executive directors, one of whom is appointed as director general by the Supervisory Board.

Predrag Ćulibrk, Director General, Chair at Executive Board sessions

Predrag Ćulibrk was born in Ruma in 1968, and he graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Department, in 1994.

Upon the completion of studies, he started his professional career in the Development and Investment Division of Telekom Srbija, the then Public Enterprise PTT Srbija. He was in charge of construction and development of the transport network, telecommunications services and traffic planning. He made considerable contribution to the development of Telekom Srbija in the project of switching network digitalization, the introduction of IN services and the implementation of the next-generation network (NGN).

In Telekom Srbija, since early 2005, Predrag Ćulibrk has performed the function of Strategic Planning Department manager, and was appointed manager of the Strategy and Development Department the same year. He was responsible for the implementation of a number of new features in the field of telecommunications and for the implementation of a large number of projects from various segments of Telekom Srbija's operations.

He was appointed director general of m:tel BiH, i.e. Telekom Srpske, on 18 June 2007. Over the past five years of conducting business in the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina, m:tel BiH has become one of the leading telecommunications companies in the region. From its privatization in June 2007 to date, the company has expanded its operations in the entire territory of BiH, undergoing organizational and personnel transformation, only to become a fully market-oriented company. It resulted in its no. 1 market position in BiH in mobile communications, development in the area of broadband Internet access and the provision of multimedia services. The number of users of all services offered under the m:tel corporate brand nowadays equals nearly two million, which is almost twice as many as the number of users prior to privatization.

Filip Banković, Executive Director for Technical Affairs

Network Executive Director

He was born in Belgrade in 1972 where he graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. He commenced his professional carrier in Mobtel and continued his work in Ericsson Hungary in the position of core and radio network engineer.

He has been part of the Telekom Srbija a.d. team since 2003 in the Mobile Telephony Division, first as subsection coordinator and then as head of the Network Switching Segment Operation and Maintenance Section within the Network Department. He participated in the team which constructed the M:tel network in Montenegro in 2007. In 2008, he was appointed manager of the Network Operation and Maintenance Department within the Technical Affairs Division. He speaks English. He is married to Vesna and has two children, Rastko and Aleksa.    

Milan Simić, Executive Director for IT Support and ICT Services

Born in Belgrade in 1977. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Belgrade. He completed the MBA (Master of Business Administration) Studies at the University of Sheffield. He gained professional experience at UVTC Sweden, Timepiece Portugal and Agena Serbia in various positions related to the OSS/BSS platforms. As an independent consultant, he took part in the IT projects in several countries of North America, Latin America and the EU. He also participated in the implementation of the OSS/BSS platform during the commissioning of m:tel Montenegro.

Presently, he holds the position of executive director for IT Support and ICT Services which is responsible for planning, development and management of the IT infrastructure, platforms and ICT services. Before coming to this position, he was IT Function Director and Manager of the IT Development and Integration Department in Telekom Srbija a.d . He was a member of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Srpske a.d., Banja Luka until 2010, when he was designated as member of the Auditing Board of the daughter company. He is married, the father of Zoja and Vojin.

Jana Ljubičić, Executive Director for Residential Customers

Born on 9 August 1978. She graduated from the School of Law of Belgrade University where she also completed her MA studies in labour and social law.

She completed her internship at the Department of Enforcement and Civil Procedures of the Commercial Court in Belgrade.

She worked in the Legal Affairs Section of the Serbian Association of Independent Trade Unions. As its representative, she participated in working groups for the drafting of laws, other by-laws and collective agreements, prepared amendments to draft laws, and engaged in the coordination of laws with the EU regulations, the development of social dialogue in Serbia and the strengthening of gender equality.

At the 2012 and 2014 elections, she was elected MP to the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia. She performed the function of the secretary general to the National Assembly in the IX and X makeups. In the period between 2012 and 2016, she discharged the function of the secretary to the Republic Electoral Commission.

In the period between 2015 and 2017, she performed the function of a state secretary-chief of staff at the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Serbia.

She was the manager of the twinning project entitled Strengthening the Capacities of the Serbian National Assembly in the Process of European Integrations. She was engaged as a coordinator in the implementation of the following projects: Strengthening the Capacities of the National Assembly for Efficient Communication with Citizens, in cooperation with the OSCE Mission in Serbia; Further Strengthening of the Legislative and Control Capacities of the National Assembly, in cooperation with the Westminster Foundation for Democracy; the Open Parliament project; Strengthening the Legislative and Control Capacities of the National Assembly, in cooperation with the British Embassy. She is one of the initiators of the set-up of the Women's Parliamentary Network and Global Organization of Parliamentarians Against Corruption-Serbian branch.

She has obtained multiple certificates in the sphere of labour and social law: Accession to the EU, Harmonization of Regulations – Berlin, the FRIEDRICHEBERTSTIFTUNG Foundation; the Strengthening of Social Dialogue and Development of Institutions for Social Dialogue, ISCOD Spanish Political Institute; Reform of the Serbian Pension System – the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy; the Functioning of the Legal Affairs Service in the Status Changes of a Company – Belgrade Chamber of Commerce.

Speaks English and has a working knowledge of French.

Petar Popović, Executive Director for Business Customers

Born in Bar on 9 March 1974. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica.

He began his professional career at Telekom Srbija in 2003, first in the Mobile Telephony Division where in 2007, he was appointed regional manager for business sales for the Region North. He was appointed head of the Section for Sales to Business Customers in 2008 only to be appointed chief officer of the Division for Sale to Business Customers the following year. Within m:tel Podgorica, he performed the duties of marketing, sales and customer care manager on two occasions, first from March 2010 to October 2011 and then from July 2012 onwards. Meanwhile, he discharged the duty of acting CEO of m:tel Podgorica.

prof.dr Milenko Dželetović, Executive Director for Finance

Prof. Milenko Dželetović, PhD, was born in Uroševac, in 1973. He finished elementary and secondary school in his hometown, with honors. After military service, he enrolled at the Faculty of Economics in Priština and, exercising the right to abbreviate his studies, he passed his graduation exam in March 1996, with the grade of 10 (the highest grade). After graduation he enrolled in the postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade. He passed exams in all the courses envisaged by the curriculum with the average grade of 10, and in 2002 successfully defended his master's thesis, entitled "The Specific Role of the Exchange Rate in the Yugoslav Economy with Particular Emphasis on the Period Since 1989". He defended his doctoral dissertation, entitled "Financial Markets and the Growing Importance of Institutional Investors in their Operations", and received his PhD in economics in May 2005.

In October 1997, at the Faculty of Economics in Priština, he was appointed junior assistant for the course in International Finance and subsequently assistant professor for the course of Monetary and Credit Theory and Fiscal Policy. During the school year 2005/2006, the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, engaged him to lecture Economics. In the period between 2008 and 2010, he was chair of the Department of Banking and Finance, at the Faculty of Business in Service. Since 2009, he has been an associate professor for the specific scientific field of banking and finance, and vice chancellor for finance of Educons University, and professor of monetary and public finance at the Faculty of Economics in Kosovska Mitrovica. He is the chief editor of the magazine “Poslovna ekonomija” (“Business Economy”), which is one of the magazines with nationwide distribution and significance.

He is the author and co-author of over 50 scientific and professional papers, 4 university textbooks in the field of finance and financial markets, monetary economy and banking. He was a mentor for ten master’s and one doctoral thesis. He is married and has two children.

Draško Marković, Human Resources Executive Director

Born in Belgrade, in 1962. He graduated from the Faculty of Business in Services (FABUS), Novi Sad, obtaining the BEc degree. He also has a certificate, issued by the Cologne Chamber of Commerce, for attending consultancy training for the provision of services to small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs.

Since 1989, he has gained knowledge and experience while working in the SRMA marketing agency, Belgrade, at the Federal Assembly of FRY as an MP, and as a member of various boards and commissions within the Assembly. He was also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Educational Institute for Children and Youth, Belgrade.

Since 2001, he has worked on various projects for the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce. Among other things, he was the Secretary of the Group for lease of business premises within the Trade Association, the Secretary of the Belgrade Group for Utility Services, the acting Secretary of the Association of Small Private Enterprises within the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, and the President of the Consortium for Gasification, AD "Gas Invest". He speaks English, German and Russian. He is married, with two children.
